StarTasker will now implement penalty system for those service providers who simply deal privately with customer, provide contact number or email address to the customer.
This is to protect the goodwill of StarTasker, our customers and service providers.
If you are reported for deal privately with customer or provide contact number you will get penalty instantly.
You will be fined between RM10 to RM80 depending on the seriousness of the cases. If the penalty charged over RM80, means you are having the major offenses. Other than that, your account will be blocked depending on the management.
If receive the contact number from customer or provider please inform info@startasker.com .
For the existing service providers, in order to activate the account, you can choose as the following.
Option 1:
You can deduct the activation fee from the money receive for next task.
Option 2:
You can bank in the penalty to StarTasker & email the bank-in slip to info@startasker.com .
